Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Fretwerk account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest way and works on iOS, Android, and the web app at app.fretwerk.io:

1. Open Fretwerk and sign in (including if you signed up with Google or Facebook).
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can't access the app, email support@fretwerk.io from the email address on your account (or the email tied to your Google/Facebook login) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your login / authentication record
• Your profile and username
• Your streak, weekly summary, and all practice, lesson, and game activity

This action cannot be undone, and we do not retain a backup of your account after deletion. Tabs you created in the Tab Builder are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the app or clear its data.
